Diana is a qualified translator, court and conference interpreter working in the English, Portuguese and Romanian language pairs. She has been living and working in Manchester, UK since 2007 and mainly specialises in the legal and international development fields. Diana holds the DPSI Law accreditation and is a registered public service interpreter (RPSI). She also has a first class BA in Translating and Interpreting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Conference Interpreting. She heads the UK Chapter of the International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (IAPTI) and serves on IAPTI’s Ethics Committee. She also helped organise the association’s first international conference in London (2013) and has recently started organising regular CPD events for colleagues in Manchester and the North West.
