The conference registration fee includes lunches, coffee breaks, presentations and conference bag.

WORKSHOPS! The day before the conference (September 28) IAPTI is offering three top-notch ***free*** workshops at the Universidad Europea de Valencia for those who have registered for the conference during the Early Bird period. After such date, the workshops rate will be EUR 30.00. If you want to sign up (click here to learn more), send an email to spainconference@iapti.org right after completing your registration or indicate which one in the “Additional Information” box on the registration checkout page. The workshop by Fernando Navarro (in Spanish) lasts four hours (9:30-1:30) and is simultaneous with the other two workshops so it cannot be combined. The workshops by Tony Rosado (11:30-13:30) and Gary Smith (9:30-11:30; no places left!) are consecutive.

Payment

• All major credit cards will be accepted for the conference registration fee via PayPal. Please note it is possible to use credit cards via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests received by 30 July: 100% refund. Cancellation requests received by 30 August: 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after this date.

• IAPTI shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
• Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of IAPTI may require substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Hence, IAPTI reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Notification of any substitutions or alterations will be made as soon as possible.
