ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
I graduated as a Technical, Scientific and Literary Translator from the Lenguas Vivas “John F. Kennedy” Translation School in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After working in-house for a local engineering company for several years –serving also as Quality Manager for their ISO 9000:9001 Certification Program– I have been working as a freelance translator since 2004, specializing in Technical, Medical, and Engineering translation. As a result of my education and experience, I have acquired extensive knowledge in discourse analysis, linguistics, project management skills and regional variations of Spanish. Since 2009, I also serve as Vice President of IAPTI and participate actively in several Chapters and Committees of the association.
