My experience in the field of translation and interpretation has been prolific and diverse. Active for 10 years, I have build an important portfolio of clients as an independent worker and I have created strong alliances with prominent stakeholders in the market. I have been involved in several projects as simultaneous and consecutive interpreter, translator and consultant. They go from interpreting a wide range of conferences, seminars, webinars, diplomatic missions, meetings and lectures; to audiovisual projects involving translations of applications, scripts and subtitling. I have done translations of many topics for different kinds of clients: certifications, applications, reports, studies, menus, bylaws, PhD. thesis and the subsequent interpretation of the final dissertation, papers, policies. As a consultant I have done editing, proofreading and copy-editing for journals, applications and industry projects.

I have worked with distinct local and international agencies such as MundoChile, Adverbia, Trevisan Traducciones and Speech Global, among others. These agencies provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for a wide range of clients in several industries, including embassies (Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Turkey, among others) and direct allocations to public institutions, namely the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Moreover, as a higher education teacher I work at Professional Institute EATRI, a higher education institution with over 50 years training translators and interpreters. My tasks there are imparting the subjects of translation and interpretation (for the professional and technical evening program), internship supervisor, revision and correction panel for the translation final exam, evaluation panel for the simultaneous interpreting final evaluation and I have been awarded with 3 projects on educational innovation.

I believe that I can contribute to the international community of translators and interpreters with experience, networks and resources. And being a member of this association and having a certification can help me formalize my job trajectory and provide integrity to my profession.
