ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
A post-graduate of the Sorbonne-Paris IV university, I worked as a lecturer at the University of Auckland New Zealand. Later hired as in-house copywriter and translator for the legal, marketing, communications departments of Fidelity Investments International in Luxemburg, Luxemburg (financial field, stocks and bonds, international markets). After which I went back to school and graduated from the American University of Paris with a certificate in Technical, Legal and Financial Translation. I registered with the French Urssaf in 1995 as a self-employed Translator and Interpreter and have worked continuously since then as a freelance language service provider for direct clients and agencies. My experience spans numerous areas, with specific weighting in the following domains:
1) energy and nuclear industry (EDF-SA, EDF-Energy, Ontario Power Generation, WANO, IAEA, Framatome, Wood, Jacobs)
2) medical, pharmaceutical with special focus on respiratory diseases, autism, wound management (Montpellier University Hospital, ARAPI (ngo), Urgo, Hospira).
