ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE
I have been working as a freelance translator since 2005, working with direct customers and for agencies in France and the Netherlands. Various topics have been covered, including IT, telecommunications, oil & gas, envnironment, etc.
My second activity as a commercial agent for French barrels, together with previous experience in the wine industry (Maison Louis Latour in France), has given me a solid base for writing (incl. many tasting notes) and translating in the wine and F&B sectors.
Previous work experience for a tour operator (African Eagle in South Africa), an import/export company (Zabriskie Studio in Spain) and a logistics company (JF Hillebrand in Luxembourg) included text writing and translations in various languages with the vocabulary related to those sectors.
