Ahmet Serkan Tanrıöver

Ahmet Serkan Tanrıöver is an assistant professor and the head of the Department of English Translation and Interpreting at Bursa Technical University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, a master’s degree in Linguistics, and a PhD in English Language Teaching. He has been giving lectures in English language teaching and linguistics for almost 20 years. Learning foreign languages and discovering foreign cultures are among his passions. His students and family are at the core of his universe and he feels joyful, inspired, and dedicated to be surrounded by them. He also likes playing musical instruments, painting, and traveling.
