The conference registration fee includes lunches, coffee breaks, presentations and conference bag for the duration of the conference.

Payment

PayPal balance and all major credit cards will be accepted for the conference registration fee via PayPal. Please note it is possible to use credit cards via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by 15 August, 2024: 100% refund -minus PayPal fees if applicable. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received after this date until 1 September, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date.

IAPTI shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
Please note that while speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of IAPTI may require substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. Hence, IAPTI reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Notification of any substitutions or alterations will be made as soon as possible.
