“Boost your business with a plan. Development and growth strategies for freelance translators”
Due to the nature of our profession, we often just jump into freelancing, start getting clients, establish systems and processes and if we’re really good, we’re growing. But at the same time, with some credit to perfectionism, we feel that we need a plan to grow effectively. Yet often creating a business plan seems daunting, time-consuming or simply too complex.
In this session, I’d like to look at how to craft a working, practical business plan for your freelance career, no matter the stage you’re at, to boost your business. We’re going to look at how to assess your current business, gauge the opportunities for development and growth, and finally how to prepare a document that will guide you through this process.
